B & D Ski Gear makes extra fat crampons in 120 mm and 135 mm widths.
These crampons can be applied to slpitboard use and super fat skis.

Sizing
All crampons are made about 3mm wider inside then the stated width. So, a 120mm crampon is about 123 mm inside and will comfortably fit a 120mm waisted ski.
